A naturally sweet, fruity infusion with gentle berry notes from freeze-dried strawberry, strawberry gum leaf and hibiscus, lifted by refreshing spearmint and a hint of native lemon myrtle. Soft on the palate and perfect before bed.

Ingredients

Wild Crafted Jilungin, Organic Lemon Myrtle, Organic Hibiscus, Spearmint, Freeze Dried Strawberry, Blue Mallow Flower, Lemon Balm, Organically Grown Aniseed Myrtle, Organically Grown Native Lemongrass, Organically Grown Strawberry Gum Leaf, Organic Passion Flower, Natural Strawberry Flavour, Natural Raspberry Flavour.

Sip one cup (250ml) 30-40 minutes before bed to wind down naturally. Need something stronger or with less liquid? Make a concentrated brew with 150ml of water and steep for 15 minutes for a more potent brew.

Teabags: Pour 250ml of boiling water over the teabag, then allow it to steep for 6-8 minutes. Enjoy it before bedtime.
