This natural unflavoured Collagen Beauty is versatile and can be added to anything from coffee, tea, smoothies, soups, baking and more. It has a very mild bovine taste, although when mixed with foods and drinks it is unflavoured.
Directions:
Mix 12 grams (1 heaped tablespoon) daily into any liquid of choice, such as coffee, smoothies, juices and soups.
Alternatively, add to foods like yoghurt, oats, and baking. Collagen Beauty is unflavoured, odourless and dissolves in hot & cold liquid.
