Metagenics MetaRelax™ is great tasting and helps to relieve the symptoms of stress, supports a heathy stress response and neuroendocrine function. It contains Meta Mag^® – Magnesium bisglycinate, an exclusive form of magnesium with enhanced bioavailability as well as taurine, potassium citrate, vitamin B6 and vitamin C.

MetaRelax™ may help nervous system function by assisting synthesis of neurotransmitters, which are chemical messengers in the brain and central nervous system and are involved in the body’s stress response.

Directions

Adults: Add 2 level scoops (12.7g) to 200mL of water twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.

Warnings

Contains 100mg of potassium per 12.7 g dose.

Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6].

This product is sold by weight not volume. Some settling may occur.
